Do people who smoke cigarettes even know they smell?

Nah, they don't.
I smoked before, and could barely smell it until about 5 hours later, and it was mostly the two fingers I held it between.
My friend chain-smokes and won't even notice it, you have to tell him he stinks.

The weird thing is I don't remember noticing the stench growing up.

I didn't grow up around smokers. But the few that did I don't remember them stinking like this at all. I only had one cousin that always smoked. She was a damn chimney and much older than us. My mom started smoking after her sister died and quit about 6 months after. She did the same thing when my dad passed and quit again within 3 months. I don't remember that smell.

Could it be something with the newer cigs?

Dude came to my desk to get some help on how to run a health-check on one of our legacy platforms. At some point i had to take a call and i told him let's take a 10 minute break. Dude's like "im gonna go outside and get some fresh air" and im like cool.
This mofo comes back 15 minutes later smelling like a fukkin ash tray. I could barely breath with him sitting next to me
I immediately got up and walked away and came back and told him i couldnt work with him anymore today and we'd need to pick it up another day.

As long as you smoke you don't realize it the same way non smokers do. When I was smoking my parents would always complain bout the smell and I always thought its not that bad I can't really smell it that strongly, a little bit yes, especially your fingers, but not that terrible. After I quit I now realize it much harder, for example when I'm standing near a couple of smokers.

Cigar smoke is more potent (even though there almost no unnatural ingriedients) that's what reads your sense of smell an gets in your clothes.

Cigs compared to cigars on the health ladder aren't on the same planet. It's like comparing olive garden (cigars) to McDonald's (cigarettes)

I go to bars and then leave and go home.I wake up the next morning and i could still smell the smole smell when i walk by my hamper where i dumped the clothes from the night before right on top.

One of my good friends out here smokes. I liek the breh (nohomo) but the smell off the sh!t nit only is awful but when we're out chasing p*ssy the sh!t keeps some brawds away.
I can almost condone fukking with my money but dont fukk my efforts to get p*ssy

The smell offend others. Some hoodrats come out the side of their mouth, and I am pretty cool, but can be aggressive when i want. I can't afford to snap what I do for a living so ...

1) Febreeze coats morning and evening,
2) Muslim oils in the morning.
3) Air out for at least ten minutes before going back in.

It's actually insanity what i do to hide it, but it's more the health risk that bothers me. At 30, i can no longer deny how dangerous tobacco is.
