Do TV Shows Still Have The Bad Boy Trope In Them?

I remember back in high school me and my bro would watch tv shows that had the bad boy trope in it. The bad boy is misunderstood, deep down he's a good person but he's misguided, etc. Dude always had a leather jacket, sometimes a motorcycle, etc.

Excuse the fact that these guys are all white (don't know what the first guy is though), this shyt was popular in the 2000s and early 2010s.

I haven't watched tv much for years besides for mainly sports let alone shows for young adults and teens.

in some shows, the trope is highly exaggerated. in others, it's subtle. but i think every show has "bad" with in it to create the drama

Cac shyt. I can't think of any good black shows that has that kind of character. Yeah they might have one for a couple episodes, but they're usually not a recurring character.
