So what? The government already takes a chunk of your check for shyt you dont even know what it's going towards ...and shut like paternity testing would require a private contract...at least in this situation, youd know you was paying money to potentially save you money...

And women can put your name on Birth certificates without your knowledge

You're integrity is intact but not everyone else is. they say up to 30% of people out there raising kids not their own in marriages. That's a pretty big number. How do people combat that type of fraud and deception? Most people would rightly be offended if asked to do so but mandating it would deal a severe blow to cheaters.

The government does not need to be involved in handling any samples all they have to do is draft the law and it could include protections to address whatever fears people have. They don't have to ever come into contact with those records unless of course you find out you are not the real parent and take something to court.

In reality your spouse could do this behind your back after the child is born regardless.
