Why not research the salary yourself? There's plenty of sources online. Someone's salary can be lower or higher depending on the city they work in

How many years of schooling do you have @Rozay Oro? Once you graduate you have to pass an exam to become a certified engineer. It might take some time
As someone whose work and livelihood depends on engineering, I'm going to need y'all to step ya game up as your QC has been lacking and now my department is having to make up for your shortcomings.

This shiftless fukk failed out of community college, talmbout he's kicking around idea of being SOME TYPE of engineer, whatever, doesn't matter, he'll pick something.
When I saw who made the thread I chose to not even waste my time responding
I joined in '22 and recognized his pattern of bullshyt almost right away. This isn't even the first time I've called him on it. I don't care that he's wasting his life, but we shouldn't be forced to participate in it.

I did compsci, but I knew a lot of engineers in undergrad. It’s no joke and will demand a lot of your time. If you’re not intimidated by math and have a good worth ethic it’s possible albeit much harder if you are balancing full time work to put yourself through school.
Nothing in STEM is a get rich quick scheme. Consider finance, accounting or economics for a more manageable undergrad.

Get a degree in electrical engineering. Then go get work as a Biomedical Engineer.
an extra year of classes but that's about. shyt like firmware. like hardware still has to be coded think fpga
EDIT: here's an example. you build a robot, that's hardware but you still have to program said robot that's software, then you have to make both the hardware and software talk to each other this is where firmware comes into play
