I'm over here watching "Gimme Shelter" (Good flick with The Rolling Stones BTW), and noticed the youngins around that time were so far gone its not even funny. I'm talking jawns butt ass naked, dudes tripping on bullshyt, and all around fukkery for the 70s. And it dawned on me, we as 80s babies (some 90s babies) became the modern day boomers yelling at the modern generation like the old heads of that time bytching about flower children and lack of ass washing (which Gen Z tends to have in common more ways than one )

I'm on the older side and I get tired of these discussions. The youth react to the environment handed to them by previous generations. Instead of older people coming up with solutions for the youth, folks just bytch and complain instead which says a lot about older folks. I have learned over the years the bytching about young people have a capitalist side to it with books, speaking engagements, podcasts, culture training at jobs, etc. Since millennials are turning 40, it's now time for people to complain about Gen Z and the cycle continues.

Square biz. That's why I made a thread like this because looking at this flick, its evident that the energy was still around, but just expressed differently. Folks were high as hell, just like youngins are high as hell. Folks would want to go for gigs like being a musician, actor, etc. Youngins want to embrace the digital platform and work at their own steez. If anything, these youngins peep game of whats real and has been said for ages, but they actually act on such a thing of grinding.

My main gripe is basically not paying attention to what's real. I was telling my wife that folks nowadays would want to look forward and to the ground, but never up. If you get the drift.
