Trump is seemingly trying to give more power to the states in terms of Education, Labor Laws, Immigration, ect; Atlanta, Dallas, North Carolina, Houston are great stories of black success in Red States but the Deep South is where people is where black peoples in the North/ Midwest are very reluctant to move to I just don’t see us getting on code enough to do that Dr Claud Anderson also gave a similar warning years ago
