Work out at least 3 days a week involving cardio
Drink green tea with a tad bit of honey
Eat cleaner
Take short walks during work
Drink fruit/veggie cold pressed juice with ginger in it
this is the only real, sustainable answer. ive had a modafnil phase, a long adderall phase, tons of coffee every day, all sorts of random combos of vitamins and aminos.. every shortcut in the book. they all leave you feeling like shyt, and for what? to get more things done? not worth it. adderall daily for over a year had me feeling crazy. turns you into a robot
