Consuming less would mean some weight loss, but unless some of that food is replaced with more nutritional food, well still be unhealthy.
Plus fast food lines are longer than ever so it likely that McDonald's, Chic fil a, and BK, etc etc is leading Tysons earnings beat not grocery store consumers.

I’ve been consuming less and eating according to Leviticus. Been losing weight and feel better. Didn’t know only a palm sized amount of meat was sufficient. I use to eat like 15-20 chicken wingettes a day. Haven’t had chicken wings in like 5 months.
Fast food is not cheap like that anymore, anyone who eats it on the regular knows this.
Twenty McNuggets are going for 6.99 over here. That same Big Mac combo used to be like 5.49, now it's closer to 8 bucks.
