He's already lived up to the hype. This thread was made three years ago.I don't think he'll hold up. So no.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm just going to enjoy this once-in-a-many-lifetimes prospect for whatever may come in the future.
I've noticed a lot of hate, skepticism and uncertainty, which is only natural given the circumstances, but a lot of these folks are going to be pleasantly surprised when they actually see him play for themselves. He's legit in every single way. He's got the BBIQ, he's got the motor, he's got the killer instinct, simply put, he was made to hoop. Anyone thinking he's some soft ass 7fter whose only playing basketball because of his height are severely mistaken.

My favorite player in the league right now and hearing him talk is a breath of fresh air:
"Defense is 50% of the game"
"Defense is undervalued"
While ppl are outraged because a player that is only about offense got cut by Milwaukee. And he ain't even consistent doing that
"Man, my team need to pick him up!!!!"
"He scored 40 in 3 straight games!!!!"
"He's a bucket!!!"
Yeah, and he gives them up too![]()

I don't think he'll hold up. So no.
In 2022 -I love before the fact threads, cause in after the fact threads half the posts are shytting on GMs, coaches and on
“Everyone and their moms knew”
What about shytting on them beforehand. He's a real-life video game character in every single way.
The skill level at his height is unprecedented, but what makes it even crazier is his BBIQ and awareness of how to utilize his body, what shots to take and his positioning all over the floor.
Once teams realize how good he actually is they're gonna regret they didn't throw the towel in on their season earlier.
