Only because I work at Best Buy, but people really have all kinds of reasons for keeping older phones. Comfortability, not caring about the latest and greatest, hell some of the older customers only upgrade because their grandkids goad them into it.

I'm the type where I like to upgrade every year, but that's me personally. Do whatever the fukk you wanna do.

Not necessarily but I always assume nikkas with money have a newer phone than a 4s. However I can understand if you're a pendant and work in IT, programming, etc.
