Theres two different murder caps, The city with the actualy most murders, and the city with the highest murder rate. NY would get the most amount of homicides since it has 8 million people, but as far as murder rate it was never the cap.

That would be like a country with a small population like Norway(a population smaller than NYC) bragging about having a higher GDP per capita than China. READ my recent post on that article. It proves NOTHING about what we're talking about. And prove the numbers I posted are fake! When statistics all agree with it. All statistics based on murder rates places New Orleans high on the list while NYC is no where to be found on the list. And this is CONSISTENTLY throughout the years.

You idiot, we're to talking about some small 20,000 population town that gets 10 murders and has inflated numbers. Stlouis gets well over 100 murders each year and NO orleans gets over 200. Thats half of what NY gets with literally a fraction of the population.

I hope you know some of the cities in NY were on the murder capital list more than Chicago or LA... NY is more than NYC and even still you would be walking into Brownsville Brookyn, Satan Island or parts of the Bronx...
