how you gonna get clean in cold water

you are closing your pores and keeping oil and funk in your skin

you are supposed to wash in warm/hot and use cold after you clean your skin

ill bet you smell interesting

no :dame:

Yes good job

i rinse/scrub off for about 2 minutes in warm water
then spend the next 10/15 mintues in a cold
shower

where i SCRUB SCRUB AT LEAST 2 times with a silicone scrubber

also, i am shocked that nobody has come up with an alka-seltzer type solution where you can drop a couple of 'cleaning' tablets in water, and swish to remove everything built up on your teeth. you would think we'd have come up with something like that by now.

then again, i thought we would have flexseal type condoms you could spray on your meat by now, too.

the future sucks
How you supposed to safely ejaculate with a sealant on your dikk hole, breh?

Go from :noah: to :damn:

WRONG

"Brushing your teeth before you eat breakfast may protect your tooth enamel and overall oral health, compared to brushing after eating."

The interesting thing about this discussion is that for those of us who used invisalign, this before or after shyt didn’t matter because you had to brush, rinse, floss, every time you ate.

Also, I don't remember being told to wait 30mn to brush and put my retainer back in.

Regardless, if folks haven't already, buy an electric toothbrush!
