I try to. Fresh Spinach,Callalou stays in rotation.
Since I got a lil man, I try to make sure he eats good and healthy
Cant wait until I have a kid to make that boy eat 100% healthy :lolbron:

That boy lunch box gonna contain half a cornish hen, veggies and almonds while looking down on other kids lunch boxes like :scust: my daddy loves me :picard:

Goal is to eat protein, vegetables/greens, starch/carbs at every meal. Usually doesn't happen with breakfast but for lunch and dinner I try to go for it every day

Beets, kale, spinach, and carrots are a constant staple. Been fukking with green supplements when my intake is slacking. Lately been giving Moringa a test drive to see how it makes my system feel.

i eat 4-6 servings on most days. two servings spinach in my post workout smoothie, 2-3 c salad for lunch or ~1c cooked veggies + 1 c salad at lunch, 1c cooked veggies for dinner

Every day i drink my veggies...

100 g of spinach or romaine
2 carrot stick
2 celery stick
A cup of frozen berries
An inch of ginger roots
Glass of almond milk
150g of cucumber
30g of protein from veggies

Mix in ninja blender and its my first meal of the day at noon with either 2 rice cakes and peanut butter or chicken wrap home made

So many symptomes i had disapear...didnt even know i was b12 deficient until i accidentally read on it and found out the numbness i had at night was due to b12 deficiency. ...almond milk with b12 took care of that.

i eat different types of mix beans tho.. lentils,peas etc.. if that even counts :pachaha:

Carrots, spinach, broccoli every day.

Sometimes some corn, cabbage, kale, tomatoes depending on what I make for dinner.

Spinach and adame beans is all i eat. Have 1 to 2 servings a day. I fukk with fruits more then veggies. Be having 3 servings of it a day. That sweet fibre in fruit :noah:

Tomorrow is Day 1 of me juicing. Mixing vegetables and fruits. Occasionally I’ll eat steamed vegetables but that’s the only solid I’ll intake. I want to see how long I can last so I don’t have an end date. Wish me luck :wow:
