Bad rapper? At his best no, at his worst absolutely awful and 1 of the worst I've ever heard. I don't think he's a top 20 rapper, he has the capability to technically rap but I feel every aspect of him gets overrated cause he is white, I believe there are black rappers that surpass him in every aspect of rhyming.

He's at the top of my list technically. One of the GOATS at pure lyricism. Doesnt make the greatest music overall tho. Wish he would link up with Premier and Alchemist for an entire album

Yep, here's 2 examples from his last album:
here he tells us about his childhood using nothing but words that rhymes with "Brian Dawkins"
Next, he raps about his upbringing again using nothing but words that rhyme with "superstitous" throughout the entire verses
Anyone who doesnt think that Marshall Mathers isn't a gifted poet either hasn't really listened to his music or doesn't appreciate the "technical" aspect of rap

Theres other rappers that does it pretty good: papoose, Fab, Termanology and a few others. But personally, to me they dont get as "complicated" with it as Eminem

I could sit and rewind 1 Eminem verse trying to catch every rhyme for an hour and i would still miss something
