Do you ever talk things over in your head? Like pros and cons? Weighing up a situation where are both sides of the conversation? Is most of your inner world totally silent? What about when you're lying in bed at night about to go to sleep? Do you ever get random reminders of old things from the past? If so how do you know you're thinking about them? Whats the cue?
Do you remember your dreams clearly? Also:
Close your eyes and imagine a RED STAR then open this thread:
Not everyones inner worlds are the same as your own as this experiment will show. There is a very interesting place we can go once we've established where most people sit on the spectrum of mental perception so lets get it.

I see what you are getting at, I'm not mute in that regard, as I'm aware some people claim to be. I can hear any voice in my head if I want, but it's not a default approach, it really only happens when I'm reading. If I'm debating a topic with myself, I just talk aloud.
Remembering dreams? Rarely, but I have the worst approach to sleep right now, I plan to take a serious approach with some data tracking soon to alleviate that before seeing a professional about it. On the times I do remember dreams, very rarely is it clear, it's just fragments of a dream that stood out the most.
On the "red star" and thread, I imagined a literal red star (red giant), but that likely depends on what you will first associate "star" with. I can picture things in my head, if necessary, for example, I can playthrough Dark Souls 1 visually in my head from start to finish.
edit: But if asked to picture a star like the one in the thread, the red of the star is vivid. Same if I do a blue star or green.
