I've definitely had moments where people start talking and in my head it starts the drown out and it's like

"Jesus fukking Christ...I gotta get the new regulator from FCPEURO...fukking window...did I order more body wash...gotta check my Amazon orders...this nikka still talking...does everyone know I've zoned out? Yes I do have an inner monologue. Not only that, but I also can analyze my thinking while I am thinking. I can only do it when I am very tired, but need to make sure I get something done right.

Also, my body can be asleep and my mind wide awake. I've heard myself snore plenty of times, seen my wife walk out the room while I am snoring, and my wife comes back and swears I was a sleep. I wonder if anyone else here has noticed a definite separation between their body and their consciousness?

Why do y’all even entertain some of this shyt? I don’t care how many papers been written or studies been done. An overwhelmingly majority of people have internal thoughts…like 99.9% And I can actually cite a study to back up this claim. The study is called, “I confidently believe this” and it’s peer reviewed by myself.

Now with that out the way, if you in tune with the universe and leveling up in life like a real nikka, you will eventually eliminate mind chatter. That’s all the shyt is. People think this is impossible. But that’s cause they gay and not in tune. Just try it. Next time you have a thought, immediately dismiss it. Now of course you have to think to do that right? But start doing that and you will soon realize you have less thoughts and your mind is literally more clear and free of clutter. This will provide much more mental clarity.
