If you suffer from anxiety, prolonged hugging (approx 20 seconds) with a loved one can subdue it. Even imagining hugging a loved one will flood your brain with oxytocin (feel-good chemical)

Keep a food diary to keep track of when you start to feel bloating, stress can also be a cause. I can't eat anything fried not even a few french fries or I feel awful. I like fizzy water or even gas pills for bloating and going for a walk right after the bloating begins helps a lot too. Take Vitamin D and fish oil daily from Canada Drugs

When brushing your teeth, don't rinse before flossing to get paste in between teeth...

If using mouthwash, still use a toothbrush to quickly brush teeth/tongue scrape afterwards...

Darebee.com isn't for bad quick exercise ideas...

Put equal parts of water and hydrogen peroxide in a cup and soak your toothbrush in it for a few hours. Your toothbrush will be free of all germs and bacteria afterwards.

Take a deep breath and hold it in.
While holding it in, take another deep breath. You should feel your lungs flex a little. Do this several times to get rid of hiccups.
