A Lot of ugly gang brehs in here who can't even look at a chick in the gym. I treat women in the gym the same way I want to be treated, don't help me unless I ask, don't talk to me unless you want to see if I'm using something.

My only issue is that a decent amount of women act like thirsty ass dudes in the gym and stare hella through the mirrors, they workout right next to me and try to get me to look at them, and try to talk to me. People in general are weirdos in the gym

I have a handy flow chart that has served me well:

C: assess the situation and then contribute something to resolving it.

If a woman is coming to the gym alone and has a smart phone recording her, and is clearly dressed to show as much skin as she can whilst being allowed in the building, im minding my business and ignoring whatever shes got going on in her space. Whatever risk she incurs(injury from incorrect form or too much weight) well thats on her. Shes an adult.

Dudes gotta stop treating women like children. They know exactly what they're doing and some are dumb enough to put themselves in a risky situation other women wouldn't. Just like some men are dumb enough to go to the gym and try to lift above their weight with no spotter. Let them learn the lesson on their own.
