If it was this type of situation then yes. Though I would ask if she needs a spot first. For the most part I leave women, people in general, alone at the gym. I'm not even the type to bring people with me. And when I do, I go do my thing, and they go do their thing. I prefer working out alone in my thoughts.

Extremely rarely. I know some creep ass dudes try to holler or ogle everyone in the gym and fukked shyt up. I'm just naturally a friendly dude, but too many women either get big heads or think I'm trying to holler and put you on blast.

Last chick I helped in the gym had 1 arm and she was moving weights half-way across the gym. Unless the chick asks, you basically gotta be handicap for me to help you in the gym.
