Can’t say if they’ve gotten away with it yet, but I know 3 people personally who got 60,000 plus. One bought a brand new Jaguar SUV. I just hope she and the other 2 have lawyers on hand. None of my money will be used to help, I know that. I don’t support scammers of any kind, and here in ATL, there’s plenty of them.

That was the entire point it was a trap and nobody is getting away with it… Ifnyou actually used it to pay your employees and keep your business afloat you good the gov ain’t fukkin with you but the money you spend a dime of that money on Burger King the gov bagging you up :mjlol:

I get what you saying but I don’t think it’s that serious breh

I doubt they really trippin bout people who used the loan legitimately using some of the money for personal expenses as long as they put most of it where it was supposed to go.

There’s a big difference between that and someone lying bout being a business owner and using majority if not all of that money on personal expenses.

Hell even people who lied bout being a business owner who used that money to start a legit business prolly won’t face consequences as serious as those who just straight up scammed that money for personal use. Especially if they in a position to pay it back.

Her credit f’d up, and she been evicted from multiple places. I know she had to use atleast 10k on the down payment :francis:

Her mail goes to a family member I’m cool with. She asks that family member every day if the IRS has sent her something, so she’s expecting to eventually get caught. She’s got kids too which makes it sad and stupid that she’d take that chance

My dad called me and my BM personally and told us, “don’t y’all get caught up in that PPP sh*t”

It's too early to tell...But it's a lot and I mean a whole lot of people who did it who haven't been caught yet. Not sure if they will ever be caught. When I say it's a lot of people it was whole crews doing these loans and they are still out and about. But sometimes indictments take years. Sometimes people just get away....

So you already know some will get away, some will get caught.
