Her credit f’d up, and she been evicted from multiple places. I know she had to use atleast 10k on the down payment
Her mail goes to a family member I’m cool with. She asks that family member every day if the IRS has sent her something, so she’s expecting to eventually get caught. She’s got kids too which makes it sad and stupid that she’d take that chance
