I love the job itself but have gotten sick of where I'm at currently and am starting to look elsewhere.

youre always working for someone. The difference is when you become your own boss you are working for your clients and not for your hourly.

You can't even leave work early without asking permission.I wouldn't say love but it's closer to love than any of the other options and quite honestly the best full-time gig I've held so far. 10 mins from my house plus we work from home 2 days a week. My manager is real big on family so taking off to volunteer at my daughter's school isn't a problem and I don't get penalized if I can't make it in when school is closed because of inclement weather like with my last boss (that c*nt). This time last year I was cursing every snow day and now I'm in a position to watch my friend's son when it snows so she won't get penalized at work.

I do maybe 3 hours of work a day, my co workers are all chill as fukk, extremely laid back work environment, & my boss let's me have 2 hour lunch breaks
