Get an aeropress man and grinder. Or if you don't want to grind right before you brew, go to a local roaster and have them grind their beans for you. The less time between grinding and brewing the better.

If you drink coffee everyday you might as well get an aeropress for good coffee. I'm not even a coffee snob, stopped drinking it lately, but after you're used to quality light roasted freshly ground beans, instant coffee literally tastes like mud water. Then again, I drink my coffee black, maybe instant tastes fine if u put a bunch of sugars and shyt.

Both but I prefer to make my own.

I love Hawaiian coffee (purchased from Marshalls or TJ Maxx) -
I add cinnamon & a tiny amount of nutmeg to the grounds then brew. Once it's done brewing, I add 1-2 drops of vanilla. Last, add creamer.

I have an Aeropress at work and a grinder at home. In the morning I grind up enough coffee to make two cups and take it to work in a ziploc bag.

When I first started drinking coffee a couple of years ago I would add FIVE sugars and a tablespoon of heavy cream.
Now I've reached the point where I just drink straight black coffee with no sugar or milk at all.

I got a few french presses and electric travel kettles that aren't pictured here as well. For beans, I have a local roaster who drops two bags to my house every couple weeks when they make their delivery to the restaurant across the street from me.

It's a light roast. I drink it black. A good roast doesn't need to be cut, and the flavors can actually still be quite sweet and complex.

for sure i'll go gold blend but im not getting a bialetti i will just not get it right im struggling with the right ratio for just one cup lol. :salute:

Get a scale, and aim for somewhere between a 14:1 and 17:1 ratio. To figure this out weigh your water, and divide it with around those numbers. The lower the number, the stronger the coffee. This ensures a consistent dose and proper cup every time. Each type of roast will dictate a different ratio.
