Make my own. Dunkin Donuts original blend. Medium Roast. I drink it black with a few teaspoons of sugar. Starbucks breakfast blend too. Also drink black and only add sugar.

I got a few french presses and electric travel kettles that aren't pictured here as well. For beans, I have a local roaster who drops two bags to my house every couple weeks when they make their delivery to the restaurant across the street from me.

Ethiopian coffee :ohhh: i only knew Kenya for coffee experts. :salute:
They INVENTED coffee. That's where it's originally from.
I think I most often get Central American beans, though.

It's a light roast. I drink it black. A good roast doesn't need to be cut, and the flavors can actually still be quite sweet and complex.

Get a scale, and aim for somewhere between a 14:1 and 17:1 ratio. To figure this out weigh your water, and divide it with around those numbers. The lower the number, the stronger the coffee. This ensures a consistent dose and proper cup every time. Each type of roast will dictate a different ratio.

I used to have a Hario Skerton hand cranked grinder, but I gave up on it because it's too much work to make one cup.

If you ever read the coffee forum on Reddit, you'll see the crazy amount of money some people are willing to spend on coffee. Reddit had me seriously considering spending $150+ on a hand-cranked grinder! I ended up buying a conical Burr grinder for $40 on eBay, though.
