Similar story…kinda…not really. I moved to jersey after college and was working at a distribution facility in central jerz. The “office” employees pooled together our money (it was about 6-7 of us) and they sent me to get some tickets. It was a stop n ‘shop about in either direction off of rt.1, about the same distance.

The winner of the mega millions went to the opposite stop n shop than me.

I know the exact stop and shop you talking about and when this was. I bought my ticket from there but didn’t win.

At my first real job right when I got hired a Coworker pool won the mega millions in like 2012 maybe 2011. Was one of the top 10 highest mega millions ever then idk about now. Bunch of old nikkas most retired immediately a couple kept working and one of those bought a house for their nephew who worked with us.

I hit the casino jackpot before and know somebody else who has.

240 million?!!

I won 15k at the casino a month ago, 11k after taxes came out. And I would have won 300k if I’d have followed my gut that night and went to my local casino and played this high limit machine I was obsessing over. If God gives you a lick he’s trying to deliver a bigger win to you.
