parents were just watching that "say yes to the dress" show and the whole time im like
these ungreatful women just going through dress after dress, looking for the 'perfect' one so she can feel like a princess on her wedding day idk shyts funny to me.
not to mention its like "7500 for that one? damn thats 3x the budget....oh well it looks nice ring it up"
and even if she seems like the one today...10 years from now she could be a different person, people change
oh and who knows what that past consists of given North America's decline (more like nosedive) into straight stuff
all for what...kids...so you wont be single in your 40s...some fleeting feeling of fulfillment (which makes no sense our goal on earth is not to get married lol)? seems like a sham to me

this. Got married at the courthouse when I was 19. Had a reception then started our lives together. The 10 Gs that would've went to the wedding went to our house.
