New York and Florida are that states with the most blacks and they are both 16% black.
What made u think we make up 25% of the population?

What is even crazier is you claiming it hasn't increased in 400 years, when it has been increasing since they recorded population.

Blacks are a bit higher than our stated 13% or 14% due to undercounting of Black males in the Census:

As far as the 2000 Census, Black men were undercounted by 15-19%. However, even if women were also undercounted that much, it would only make us at max 17-18%. To be honest 16-17% is more likely so we are undercounted but we aren't 20%+ under any circumstance. A lot of parts of the country, especially between Cali and the Mississippi are lilly White. In addition, if there hadn't been huge Latino immigration, we would probably have popped back to 18-20% for the first time since the beginning of the nation.
Undercounting doesn't mean prisoners, but regular people missed in the Census. They could not reply, not be counted by volunteers, homeless, etc.

Yeah its kind of sad how he doesn't understand percentage of population has nothing to do with growth rate or number of blacks.
I believe it. you have to remember, there are 29 states with less than a 10% african american population...
that's for the whole STATE, and when you break it down by cities, those numbers are very low.

i believe it...I think Black folks tend to stay concentrated in the same areas (northeast, parts of cali, south east, and a little bit of the midwest), which makes it seem like there's a lot of us. But there are literally some states (colorado, utah, vermont,alaska, new hampshire, maine, idaho, wyoming, new mexico, montana, oregon, etc..) in this country that you see sprinkles of black people here and there. I don't know if our numbers are that low, but i don't think we're higher than 15% of the population.

Watching this ACC baksetball tourney with UNC and VA, I am think the numbers are dwindling to the single digits. Starting squads used to look "regular black" in the 80s-00s. Now on both teams are light-skinned blacks, Latinos and White. No one looks like Jordan or Phil Ford. Looks like U of Berkeley campus. UNC players look like black Duke 
My mom even took noticed made one of those comments that shouldn't leave your living room: "Hmmm, they are no longer scouting the hood and woods anymore." 
Most of my friends with advanced degrees and good credit have zero children; a few have 1 child, but they are successful. And if you ask them if they want another they give you the
look. Meanwhile my living check to check or thug ass relatives have 2+. Quantity doesn't matter but quality. Jewish population is low however their household net worth is 4 x the average Americans and their divorce rates are lower. Also, they are family oriented with networks and support systems. I honestly am afraid to bring a black child into this madness and attempt to raise it as a moral upstanding adult with integrity. Grandkids will either be a savage, c00n, or ostracized within the current paradigm. But West Africans (specifically Nigerians) breed with impunity and shun childlessness so no worrying about Blacks going anywhere for a while. Also those Jamaicans. I would rather create solutions to issues that we have so the next group won't have these bullshyt conversations. Your legacy is not always a blood tie.
