And who was the idiot that put Limp Bizkit, RATM, and Metallica back to back to back to a clearly pissed off crowd? Like nobody thought to call an audible and break that order up once it was clear that the crowd was finna riot (thanks to Fred Durst/LB)?

Fred Durst even was like :whoa: when he saw girls getting dragged down and all the violence in the pit

Who do y’all believe is at fault for 99 going insane? The promoters? The vendors? Fred Durst?

No one really. Put too many cacs in a place like woodstock for multiple days with rock music playing. That's what you get.

They said it was awful ect. ect. But they knew what they were doing the way they set the shyt up

It’s sad Sevendust basically had their set ruined cause of Limp Bizkit’s antics on the other stage :mjcry:

They had a good set but LB pretty much ruined the weekend. The current fests are a hell of a lot more organized.

The promoters and vendors. Don't get it twisted, it's $3 for water at Lolla but you can bring a bottle or camelbak in. The shytty logistics combined with that Saturday murderers row of metal (Rage, LB, and Metallica) didn't help matters.

Man, that lineup was soft as hell compared to some other metal/rock fests.

As much of an a$$hole that Fred Durst is, I can’t fully put this one on him. That crowd was finna blow at any point Saturday or Sunday, LB just sped that process up.

LB honestly should’ve been in the Friday lineup in Sheryl Crow’s spot before DMX and had Sheryl Crow on Saturday to break up that triple dose of metal (I’d say swap The Offspring, but we’d have ended up with a similar situation minus the fukkery OD that LB gave us plus there’d be a double dose of metal since Offspring went on before Korn). The crowd was still somewhat levelheaded on Friday

I just looked and Tickets were $150 and pizza was $12 :wow:. LB was just the gasoline on the fire at that point with everything else that the crowd was pissed over

Yeah korn and limp bizkit is angry white boy theme music all that warped tour and family values tour shyt was big @ that time too
I wemt to Warped Tour 2001 and Family Values Tour 1999....

Those were awesome.

Ja Rule and Mobb Deep played at Family values cause DMX was a no show when I saw it at Civic Arena.

They played witb Staind, Filter, The Crystal Method and Limp Bizkit.

1998 Family Values was ten times better with korn, Limp bizkit, ice cube, incubus, and rob zombie.
