Black cops are fine so long as they dont get influence from a White police chief..if the station is mainly Black, in a Black area there'll be less trouble than dealing with Black officers who hear about problem negroes in every departmental meeting.

I don't think the a$$hole Black cops that are out there, are a$$holes because they keep hearing about "problem negros" in departmental meetings. Or in other words, the Black the force, no sweeter the brutality.

I know it's hard, but you can't look at them all that way.

That said, I am distrustful of EVERY officer that I cross paths with until he/she shows otherwise.
They're all guilty until proven innocent, in my eyes.

I was gonna make a new thread but searched and found this. I’ve been watching “1st Amendment Audit” videos (they’re entertaining, to me) and every Black officer I’ve seen is over-emotional. But then it makes me wonder, why do Black people even join the force? Make no mistake, I appreciate and respect their work, but Black people have always had a less-than-stellar relationship with law enforcement. Why want to join?
