that's not the same thing. you would be a supreme a$$hole if you go to another location for 3 days and don't greet everyone you meet. you have no history with them.

and if you have a negative history with people above you then forget "good morning" and whatever because you'll never be promoted and you might as well find another place to work. i'm cool with everyone above me. there are people i don't like for whatever reason, but they've never personally wronged me so i will always keep it cordial with them. if you wrong me, you'll know about it and we'll agree to avoid each other.

Why are you assuming that I didn’t know anyone?

I knew everyone I was with...I work in a corporate role so I’m usually traveling the nation with the same groups of VPs, Directors, and Managers. There’s less people at the top than at the bottom.

Guess I'm lucky. All my jobs are physical & I do damn near everything solo so I barely have to interact with people. I come in, be cool with people & do my job.

I've only had one coworker I outright didn't like & it I reported his prejudice ass to the bosses & warned them if he said more racial shyt around me there'd be a problem. I'd be civil but I barely spoke to him & nobody expected me to cause it was no secret I didn't fukk with him.
