Honestly, this is a stupid question for someone who is a regular poster in TLR. The answer is Neither. The Coli is too conservative to ever become anything like The Grapvine or Blavity (it's actually laughable that this you even asked this). ROK is basically a PUA/MGTOW/Red Pill/Manosphere website as I understand it.
Black intersectional liberal posters get clowned in TLR. MGTOW/Red Pill posters get clowned too in TLR,

To a point I could see TLR becoming similar to ROK. ROK is anti-mgtow.They talk about game. But they're white. So they're loyalties lie their. Ours lie with our people.
Real talk, there would have to be a major demographic change to the forum for it to become like Blavity or The Grapevine, to the point that The Coli would no longer be considered a black male dominated forum.
