The Skydome will always be the home of the Toronto blue jays to me. And air Canada center the home of the raptors and maple leafs. The name of the former leafs arena, Maple leaf gardens, was a classic and traditional name for a hockey arena too.

The 2025 MLB All Star Game is in Atlanta.
I didn’t realize it because the Braves play their games in “Truist Park”. I grew up calling it Fulton County Stadium.

To this day I still refer to Citi Field as Shea Stadium. Old habits die hard.

I’m sure it’s the same with basketball fans who still say the Sixers play at The Spectrum.

Arenas and stadiums being named after sponsors sucks.

Idk how anyone can call Truist Park Fulton County Stadium that’s kinda crazy breh. We don’t even call it Turner Field cause that was a completely different location in the city. We call it the Braves stadium or The Battery
