i think so later in his career. i believe drake penned some of 'single' and came into ym ''helping'' him on other sngs. possibly some rebirth stuff--i wouldnt be surprised if prom queen and other songs were written almost entirely by shanell. singles like 'how to love' i believe were referenced for him.
