Do you think malls could ever make a comeback?

Sadly, I think it's over.

Malls during the holidays were some of my best memories.

Still nice to see some places out here get heavy mall population though.

The thing is, when newer generations come, they grow up during a time when ___ weren't a thing and we're approaching that with malls.

TYRONE GA!
Malls still big in Atlanta

not on the southside.

shopping centers are solid, but the malls are dead (Southlake, Shannon been gone).

Even Town Center in Kennesaw is skruggling. Cumberland has rebranded and seems good once they added Cheesecake factory, Costsco there, Maggianos, dikks Sporting Goods.

Amazon is going to bring malls back where merchants give a cut to them to own a storefront in a traditional mall. Any unused space will be used for Amazon distribution and warehousing since the infrastructure is already in place to send and receive large shipments.
