Better demand your employer pay liveable wages and not pass that cost on to your customers

Most likely the cost will get passed on either way. At least be honest about it, people would adjust.

And that's exactly what these business owners don't want, people not being confused and beefing with staff so they don't adjust and just go somewhere else.

I only tip waitresses and bartenders and i only tip 15%.
never understood why it increased to 20% with inflation they are already getting paid more with the 15%.

I tip according to service.

The better the service the better the tip and I always tip in cash directly to the waiter.

Those businesses be full of shyt and not giving those employees their tips or making them split them with other staff. Nah. I’m tipping who served me and not everyone else.

did you tip them before?

i tip at the same places i always tipped

a restaurant, a bar, a hotel, a delivery service

anywhere they’re trying to add tips is just adding more bullshyt onto an already bullshyt system. if i didn’t tip you for my coffee or fast food before, i ain’t tipping now.

if i’m doing self checkout somewhere, hell no.
