I don’t tip with my card. I usually tip with a counterfeit $20 bill. It’s a beautiful thing. :banderas:

There was an article in the WSJ which revealed that the cashiers don't even pocket the majority of those tips. A lot (if not most) goes directly back to the business.

Basically a free option for the owner to skim a bit more from the customer.:stopitslime:
The other scam is the donation option at the pay screen that Walmart, Walgreens, etc. has.

What the company does is will make a small donation like $10k---- then they recoup the donation from what customers donate at the pay screen---but they kept all the donations even when it was above what the store itself donated!

So they literally was making a profit off it! :dead:

If I sit down and food/drinks are brought to my table I tip

When I go pick up the food/drinks my myself I never tip
