I haven't regularly used it in years. Most gamers are honestly annoying as fukk. Playing with folks I know or Coli brehs I'll use party chat or something. But there's always some a$$hole who literally thinks it's funny to be annoying

I used to play on PS3 with my friends on CoD, but we'd always get called "******" or some bullshyt and it turned into a roasting session of us going at the chat room. You could always tell it was about to happen too, some nasally voice "are you all black?"

Depends on the game. Rainbow Six Siege on Ps4 was pretty chill. During the day it seemed like it was a lot of rednecks tho lol.

I've made and met alot of good random friends playing COD when I engaged in game chat. I've had some pretty retarded conversations with people on there and there are some trolls some funny, most not really. If I'm with that squad, we'd go to Voice chat to talk shyt and when the racist trolls come out, it helps to have atleast 2,3 good brehs with you to talk shyt back, especially if you winning.

But mostly I just keep my shyt muted unless it's a lobby where dudes wants you to call out shooters'n'shyt, but it's like since everyone moved to X1/Ps4, ain't nobody talking. On the 360 I'd hear dudes talking/crying about women, little kids getting beat. One match a dude claimed he was getting top and kept moaning into the mic on some bullshyt until dudes started asking to hear the girl speak and he couldn't produce.... Good times.
