A 28week old baby is very fragile. While something like this is very unfortunate, the fact that this happened is not completely outside the realm of possibility. Those calling for the doctors disbarment over this incident need to relax. You cant simply disbar a physician for just one isolated incident.

No I think if there's any reason to disbar a doctor, accidentally killing a baby he's trying to deliver and then pretending it didn't happen would rank pretty high

this sounds like although newborns are delicate you'd have to be heavy to rip a baby's head off during birth. The worst u could do is prob break their neck and make them paralyzed but to rip their head clean off their spine
- and than you're gonna push the baby back in and than go for the c section
- most obstetricians rather do the c section rather than natural delivery cuz its a lot simpler and safer from their standpoint. Thats why america has the most c sections than almost anywhere in the world.

I respect your opinion, but I think you're wrong. If the details are correct, this is a great reason to lose your liscence to practice medicine. He refused to let them have the baby as planned, then refused them going to another hospital. Then he pulled the baby's head off, and stuck in back in the vagina.

As if that wasnt enough, he gives her an emergency c-section before the drugs kicked in, and the article says he surgically finished removing the head. Thats some pretty terrible shyt. And thats still not counting the coverup, which is arguably the worst part. He kept compounding his fukk up, and it got out of hand.

If he just pulled too hard and the head came off, then I think its an arguable point whether he should lose his L. But this goes too far.
