I taught myself. It was not easy. I still am not a good stick driver.
1. Put stick in neutral.
2. Press brake pedal.
3. Release emergency brake lever.
4. Start car.
5. Press clutch
6. Engage stick into first gear.
7. Press on the accelerator slowly.
8. Start coming up on the clutch slowly. The clutch will start grabbing and the car will go forward. If you come up too fast on the clutch, the engine is going to die. If you press too much on the gas, you are going to start squeeling the tires.

Once you are going, to switch gears.
1. Press in clutch pedal
2. Switch gears
3. Release clutch pedal

When coming to a stop, keep the clutch pressed in and put the stick into first. Also, keep the brake pedal pressed.

big possibility that i will fukkup my car engine?
No. Beginners usually will burn through the clutch faster than usual. There's a layer of the clutch that can erode through wear. Better drivers won't wear through it as fast, but it will still get worn down over time. Once it is worn, engaging the clutch won't get the car going. That's when you know you need to replace the clutch. Your engine will be fine no matter how many times you stall out the engine.

But if you downshift from 5th to 3rd or 2nd and the tachometer jumps beyond the red line, you will most likely blow out the head gasket from the pressure. If you shift down from 5 to 4, or 4 to 3 or 3 to 2, you'll be fine. Most cars will not allow you to downshift to first. You have to be stopped, and then the internal gate will open up to let you shift the stick into first gear. You can imagine that this safety feature would prevent drivers from ruining their engines.

Not hard took about 1 day getting used to the clutch, check out Youtube just so you see the gas-clutch movement.
