Puig been trash this year, and he doesn't seem to have the HR power ppl thought he did. I just seen that the Dodgers are IN on Hamels. If they can get the Phillies to take him straight up for Hamels, the baseball ppl in LA would jump all over it. Problem has been ownership has been his biggest fans, but if they're floating his name out there now, maybe they're resigned to the fact that they'll be better off without him.

Someone mentioned the Puig/Greinke dynamic above, and that could be another motivating factor to trade him, if they hope to keep Zack.
