How do we define "hard?"
Is it harder to lift heavy shyt and be on your feet all day......or solve complex problems while sitting in a chair?
How hard does a family practice doctor work versus a neurosurgeon?
How hard does the neurosurgeon work versus the software engineer?
How hard does the software engineer work versus the hot shot attorney or the young investment banker?
I'd say the biggest difference between blue collar work and white collar work is that USUALLY, once you go home at a blue collar gig....that's it. White collar work can vary widely in terms of stress levels, how much you gotta work after hours etc. The job follows you more.
Blue collar is hard on the body. White collar can be worse because of stress....or easier depending on the environment.
Might lean white collar only because people can get paid mid 6 figs or higher...but walk away because of the stress and grind. If a warehouse worker was making $450k/year with full benefits...they would NEVER walk away from that shyt.
