And I didn't even start to halfway appreciate Beyonce until her last couple of albums. For me the problem was the lackluster content, NEVER the voice.
It goes without saying that she would sell less if she were black. However, she wouldnt have sold as much IMO if she werent 1. Marketed as the humble, plus sized european girl who can sang. 2. Couldnt actually sing. It isnt like she has sex appeal and shyt.
