Kobe has a superior go move(fadaway),footwork, and is a better free throw shooter,But Lebron has the advantage in all other areas. He's also a better finals performer than Kobe.Lebrons physical dominance puts him on another level.

Kobe is top 20 all time(12-18 range),Lebron is top 10 all time(2-6 range)

Thing with Kobe is that he didn't have the typical basketball career, meaning his worst teams were right when he was at his prime. Also, he's not the physical anomaly that Bron or MJ are, yet played through tons of injuries. So it means that even when he won those titles later it was already a very diminished version of Kobe we were seeing. That has tainted his perception as well as stats/accomplishments imo.

Bron is the better all-around player for sure, he's basically the perfect basketball player one can create. But when one thinks skills, footwork, making difficult shots...I don't see anyone else than MJ in that discussion with Kobe.

I like to say Bron vs Kobe is like Shaq vs Olajuwon. Shaq too has more titles, was more dominant, and did more of everything than Olajuwon, but Dream had all those moves and ways of scoring. shyt when talking about skills I even got Wade over Bron, but Bron is more complete, big and powerful.

Is Lebron's passing, vision, touch (Both passing and around the rim) playmaking, and finishing not count for skills?

Oh for sure it counts, don't get me wrong. Bron's passing for example is superior to Kobe's. I was specifically talking about footwork, fakes, up and unders, stuff like that. In a sense I always felt Kobe had more ways of scoring, even if at the end of the day Bron is a GOAT level scorer as well.

Basketball is about getting buckets and winning. It really doesn't matter how you put the ball in the hoop. Enough with this finesse bullshyt.

nikkas out here really tryna penalize LeBron for realizing from a young age that taking difficult ass fade away jumpshots over 2 defenders was not only unnecessary but fukking retarded. I guess that's why besides his rookie year, LeBron's lowest fg% season is higher than Kobe's career average. :mjlol:

Do Lebron fans really believe Jordan is the only one ahead of Lebron without question? Do Lebron fans know about any basketball outside of Lebron?

Do Lebron fans know who Kareem is? Magic? Have they ever took any time to watch any team that Lebron wasn't apart of?

Why do they insist on making actual Cav fans look bad with their stupidity while following Lebron everywhere?:rudy:

What does this show except the fact Lebron is better than both?

I'm not trying to penalize Bron at all, he's top 5 for sure for me (I don't take into account players I haven't seen play, so it starts in the 80s). I've already stated that Bron is the most complete player and does a lot of stuff better than Kobe. He's basically "the prototype" of a perfect all-around basketball player. But Kobe has him beat, imo, in ways of scoring. It's not only about "finesse", Kobe not being the physical freak Bron is most of the time he needed those moves to score. Same with Olajuwon or Wade for example. Shaq didn't need spin-move fadeaways to punish Robinson, so he didn't do that. Olajuwon on the other hand didn't have the same physical domination, so he developped those moves.

If it's the assists you are focused on, that's not the point. I was referring to Lebron's passing ability and on-court awareness. Lebron probably could play a pure magic-like role if required.

Don't forget, Magic and Bird were terrible defenders. Don't listen to @Juggalo Fred . He's been lying about being a mod for years.
