His delivery is his strength imo. He has a smooth flow that complements almost any type of beat. I think New Orleans accents sound dope when the bars are tight. Unfortunately most of them can't rap as good as Currensy though.

Curren$y is a great great rapper. He is technically sound. Switched up the flow often. Changes up the rhyme patterns, switching between end rhyme and internal rhyme fluidly. And his subject matter is varied I know some people only hear the "weed raps" cause he does talk about marijuana a lot, his main theme is going out there and getting it urself. Which is why I am a fan, since I don't smoke the funny tobacco.

Giving game to lames since the 90s
I had about a two year period where I fukked with his shyt heavy, after a while it just became redundant... It's not like he is a new artist so I was hoping to see some growth but seems like he kinda stuck on his independent B level. When he drops mixtapes I usually keep 3-5 songs and get rid of the rest. But he has a nice lil cult following though. He kinda like the Devin The Dude of this generation

i respect his hustle and the fact he's found his lane..... but i prrety much grew bored of his music after high times......it just got to a point where its the same thing over and over again..... he's pretty much a poor mans devin with less substance to me.......
