Works real good for me coupled with the ganbapantin. I'm on 18mgx2 a day, and 600mg ganba. I been on adderall and other shyt but this has worked the best.

Monday through Friday. I can't do my job without it.U take 50 mg everyday? I take 30 mg 3-4 times a week, and I'm trying to ween myself off it. It works but shyt ain't gonna be good in the long run

How did you go about getting diagnosed. Psycologist? Psychiatrist?
And also what are the side effects of Adderal? Any other supplements i can take to help in the meantime?

General doctor can hook you up with meds but they'll usually refer you to a specialist for more precise diagnoses and treatment
I've dealt with ADD/ADHD since I was in grade school. I used to take Ritalin for it way back when. Then Concertra....I got off of that cause it made my stomach ache. Then Adderall.....I love adderall.
Then buproprion. Now I know how to keep it under control. I honestly find it a hidden blessing. I have my mind in nine billion places at once and it helps me stay focused and creative.

To those of you who are struggling with this, are there any supplements I can take to help until i see a doctor?
A friend of mine recommended i try Ciltep and while i was more productive while taking it i dont think it really helped that much
Also if i do get put on Adderal , are there side effects of Adderal i should worry about?

Ive notice that the last 3-5 years i have a hard time getting tasks done. I start shyt and never finish them and get back to them after i abandoned another task i started and realized the one i abandoned earlier. At least that is what bothers me the most. But by overall symptoms are pretty much like OP @TheReckoning . Im forgetful, have a very short attention span, cant focus on anything for long as i get distracted easily. Dont even get me started on the sex part
