I'm not necessarily religious. But I do partake in lent as a personal challenge to myself. To see if I can go without my addictions for a few weeks.

No ice cream

No unnecessary spending. I had really had to put my debit card in an envelope, and bury it in my closet for this one

Far from Religious but I do take part in Lent also a personal challenge/test of willpower I guess.
