Does complaining to HR work for black people

I had instances where I felt like I was on the receiving end of ant-black racism in the workplace. I went to human recources thinking they would investigate or “do something” about it. Every time I was shown the door and told it was “in my head” or that I’m being too sensitive. Even when I had shyt documented they said it’s their word against mines. Usually cac females or cac gay dudes who aren’t objective or empathetic. But let one of them complain about sexism or homophobia then all a sudden nikkas start getting taken off the schedule. Most bruthas and sistas ain’t got time for lawyers and all that bullshyt. There should be more diversity in these so called HR departments.

No the fukk I don't. Black women listen to white men. and get nikkas fired. its happend to me twice. the last time this chick from ATL got mad I called her at like 11 at night to tell her about clubs popping at the moment in B ham. She claimed she was a something something and wanted to be on the scene. When should i have called her 4 in the afternoon. then she got me fired. at a gig making 24.hr doing signal testing. fukk that bytch.

HR is not there for POC in any fashion especially complaints just for white women to protect them from white men and the Company image.

That is why you stay neutral as fukk when working while black.

Sorry but that is how it is.

Had a brother go make a complaint on some white boy engineer who was always saying some really racist shyt around Asians and blacks on the job and even around me at the time. I had to actually tell that cac he needs to chill with that bullshyt as well.

The Brother who was getting the brunt of this decided to go to HR. Brother never had a HR record and did his job well. He made the complaint and HR interviewed me on it as I was there for some of that shyt going down.

A week later...

They called the brother in to talk to him under the guise of "oh here is the outcome of your complaint"....nikka left the HR conference room with a write up because he was late twice. nikka worked there for 7 months.

He puts in his paperwork to quit immediately after that and they had the NERVE to ask him why he was leaving.


Need I say more? and the white boy was still there skinning and grinning when I departed.

No, I was laid off from a job for complaining about the discrimination from an old white lady. Always be nice, non threatening, study their weakness and plot on your enemies demise

or just switch shifts/work a different department to avoid any turbulence if you work for a white company for future reference.
