:jbhmm: With their current rosters.

Y'all think Dwight is worthless, and the Rockets role players are chalked up as L's as well.

Meanwhile, Golden State's 2-10 options are the best in the League.

Should be a pretty interesting match up on paper. Thoughts?:patrice:

Respect to @Black Jesus for thread suggestion

You don't have to devote the same level of defensive attention to Harden. He won't be as dominant against single coverage as Curry is with the entire defense predicated on trying to slow him down. That puts 2-10 in position to have to do more to pick up the slack and in turn get exposed. Conversely you have Curry making things easier for his role players. Coaching is an issue as well. However, we must remember that the Rockets were right there with the Warriors down the stretch for game 1 and 2 last year. If those two guys switch places, Curry makes those plays down the stretch for HOU while Harden is fukking up for GSW.

harden is a ball dominant guard, he would be a poor fit on the warriors squad and his role would likely be reduced, not to the point of what he was on the thunder, but not what he is now.

curry, and his team, dominate regardless. look at the shots he creates for bogut and then imagine him with dwight.

it's also not like they don't have good space spreaders as well.

Harden is dominant in his own right playing with Jason Terry and Josh Smith. You think he would be less dominant playing with Klay and Draymond while facing Steph and Jason Terry as defenders?:what:

They were right there with Harden playing a huge role, despite facing one of the best defenses in the league. Now he's going to f*ck up going against a much worse defensive team and surrounded by much better offensive options?:mindblown:

Good thread, but you'd also have to factor in the coaching as well. :patrice:

Don't forget that there are great players who put up great numbers in mediocre systems. Then there are teams like the Spurs that will blow you out with the top scorer having 20 points.

I don't know... would Melo with the Warriors beat Steph with the Knicks?

Would Jeff Teague with the Warriors beat Steph with the Hawks?

Would DeMar DeRozan with the Warriors beat Steph with the Raptors?

It's all the same thing: taking a player not on Steph's level and switching teams for the sake of making a thread that makes the players appear equal and Steph's supporting cast better. Helifopter doesn't deserve to be in this kind of conversation, and the Rockets as a franchise is a fukking joke from top to bottom.

These were the two teams in the Western conference finals last year, not 'random' teams:francis:

Harden is not on Steph's level breh. Steph is shooting 46% from 3. Harden is shooting 47%...from 2. :dead: I said he won't be as dominant as Steph and there is nothing to suggest otherwise.

Doesn't matter who is around you or who you are playing if you do stupid shyt or just flat out choke breh.

Just giving Stephanie Stans the chance to justify how good he is:sas1:

If he's that dominant on both ends of the floor this should be a no brainer:sas2:

Is that what this thread is about?

You act like shooting 46% from two is bad.:ld:

Harden dropped 28 7 and 6 on the #1 defensive team in the league. How is that not dominant? He would be less dominant when guarded by Jason Terry?:dahell:

I get why people don't like his game, but lets not go full retard here.:whoa:

No I am acting like its silly to compare the dominance/impact of the two and those percentages are just on indication of the gap that exists. He has been less dominant than Steph against everybody breh :heh:.
