I still don't believe in him. He plays like he is T-Mac but he has half the skills and like 5% of T-Mac's physical attributes. Will he be able to learn how to play team basketball when his whole life revolved around Iso basketball?

Yeah, Cleveland is trying to win games not develop him. They should send him to the G-League to get consistent PT

Cac McClung is the third leading scorer in the G League. Bates’ route to the league is everything he does without the ball in his hands.
Fortunately for him, Niang, Strus and Porter have been good for Cleveland so far this season in plugging holes on the roster, so he can afford to stay in the G-League longer working on his game.
