Does hiring a lawn service make you a bytch ass nikka?

Depending on the region you live, you only have to do that once in the spring. Once everything gets going, by May all I usually have to do is keep the lawn cut and edged. Trimming the bushes is usually twice a year.

The treatment and maintenance in regard to weeds is a year round thing in Florida. That’s what’s making me start thinking about finally listening to the wife and hiring a law service.

Honestly you can almost tell every house on my block who hires a service and who does it themselves by the weeds. In Florida you can use multiple weed killers and still have weeds cause they got all types of tropical shyt you don’t find in the other 49. shyts be all different colors…spiky thorny ones, red spiral tendrils growing all over the grass and bushes looking like aliens invading your yard. The law service be using industrial strength weed killer that wipes out all that shyt. The shyt you buy in Home Depot is diluted.

I actually like cutting the grass on a hot humid 100 degree Florida day. It’s a good workout and feel accomplished.

Maybe I can pay a service for treatment and still cut it myself.

Im basically retarded when it comes to working with my hands. Even when I was a kid, when we did arts and crafts and art projects, my shyt would always be janky as hell.

Get you some prodiamine or dithiopyr and put it out in February and the end of August. Cut your lawn twice a week to thicken it up. Water once a week. Fertilize four times during the growing season. Get some Celsius and blanket spray your lawn in June. Put out Bifen every three months for bugs.

Lawn services use multiple types of pre-emergents which don’t allow the weeds to even sprout. Cause really if you wait till you can see the weeds it’s already too late. You can’t just roll into Home Depot and think you gonna do the same.

You can definitely have a treatment service without lawn mowing. Most people in my neighborhood have different companies for both, I do as well.

I actually don't mind yard work so I do mine myself. I can see why somebody would pay somebody though, I already can see there's a time limit on how long I can do some of the things I do around the crib. Mowing the grass is one thing, trimming my own hedges, raking up leaves and digging up the yard to fix sprinkler heads all the time and shyt... yeah nah eventually I'm gonna pay somebody to do that shyt.

Interesting timing for this thread. We just moved into a new construction crib with over an acre of land. I grew up in the projects, lived in apartments most of my life. And after apartments we was in townhomes where there was little to no backyard and the front grass was cared for. So now we got this house with all this land and we looking at it like A niigga like me has no clue where to start with maintaining his joint other than going and buying a lawnmower. We got that new construction backyard too, where the grass is growing in good in some spots, but in areas close to the side of the house, it's still bare. Our neighbors got someone to do theirs for $70 a week. It looks decent, especially compared with ours and weeds making their appearance. I'm basically tryna find someone who can get me right and let me rock from there. Any one of you green thumb niiggas able to point a breh in the right direction? Can I basically go buy some RoundUp or something to kill the weeds we already got sprouting up, or is it more involved than that?
